Big news for small businesses: the UK Government has announced major legislative reforms to tackle late payments - and BALI is proud to have played a part. As the majority of our members are SMEs, we've long called for stronger protections and greater support. We're delighted that the Government now plans to introduce the toughest laws on late payments in the G7. BALI has contributed to consultations and calls for evidence, highlighting how delayed payments and limited access to finance have held back growth and investment in the landscaping sector. The commitment to change, including new legislation and funding, is a major step forward for our industry. We look forward to working with Government and the wider sector to help turn this promise into real progress.
